Now, almost 96% of our customers are confirmed through WhatsApp automation, while the remaining 4% are handled via calls by our representative.

This app is very useless. There is a big problem on their app since last 7 days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.
