Support parfait : Théau est ultra‑pédagogue, Alex très technique et d’une efficacité redoutable, tous deux ultra‑réactifs (quasi 24/24) et concrets dans leurs explications (SKU, mapping, qualité de données, etc.). On a de la chance d’avoir une équipe de développeurs en France pour un outil aussi avancé. En résumé : outil indispensable si vous voulez garder Airtable comme back‑office catalogue et Shopify parfaitement synchronisé. 5/5.

We successfully synced about 13,500 products without any issues and were really impressed with how smoothly everything transferred over. GAME CHANGER. I had no idea how perfect Airtable would be for managing my Shopify listings until I saw it laid out so perfectly by SyncBase... making bulk changes is a dream, and everything instantly syncs in both directions. Truly incredible. I'm now building out some scenarios in Make to automate aspects of listing products, and the ability to work out of Airtable fields is amazing. Last but not least.. I have to shout out these co-founders, who have both personally responded to several emails and asked for my input on a feature they are working on. These guys get it.
