Tracy and Liv are awesome and super helpful, they resolve my issues in a very quick manner. Hopefully they bring out some new features in the near future which I have suggested.

This is our first time using the Easify Inventory Sync app and reached out to support. Jen was very kind and assisted with getting my issue resolved.

Customer Service with Clove was exceptional. The issues turned out to be on my end, but we worked through it smoothly

From a technical perspective, setup is straightforward and doesn’t require custom scripts or API juggling. The app syncs inventory across locations and platforms in real time, and I didn’t encounter conflicts or lag even when testing with thousands of SKUs. Performance-wise, it’s lightweight and dependable, which is critical for stores running high-volume operations.

Easify has enabled us to easily manage unisex items in our e-com, using the same SKU but presenting men and women versions. Setting up inventory groups is easy and intuitive. We had some issues with syncs in the beginning but have since solve them and customer support has been super helpful in addressing any questions we had.

I was so stuck on figuring out how to create bundles ect... until i started chatting with Mari. I could not have done this without her! So helpful and a great personality to match. Mari was slow with me and explained everything so i knew exactly where, what and how. Would definitely recommend. Oh yes, and the app is great too.

Clove was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She assisted us with setting up everything on the app, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was great, friendly and efficient. We genuinely cannot fault her service in any way.

We were finally able to put an inventory management system in place by bundling SKUs and using multiple locations with this app, solving a long term problem for us! The chat help has also been great, Anne was able to sort out a small question quickly and we couldn't be happier.
