We have been using Fulfil.IO since 2021 in almost all facets of our business such as Sales Order Management, Routing, Purchasing just in time inventory, Warehouse Management, Accounting and more recently for EDI as well. All ERP's suck in some way, let's face it, but with Fulfil's API you can work around those things that suck for you and write your own apps while still leveraging Fulfil as the master database. This ability doesn't exist elsewhere and was a game changer for us. If you're a small retailer, it's probably not for you. The ideal is probably a high 7-figure or low 8-figure business looking to scale fast. But if you're tech savvy and willing to invest in a system that can scale then it can work for anyone.

Fulfil has increased our Pick and Pack Operation for all key metrics by 5x. The Interfaces and UI are Intuitive with associates having a short learning curve with increased productivity. Their Customer Service is top notch, with fast effective resolutions, and if there is not a solution currently available one is quickly developed and implemented. Customer Feedback and pain points is welcomed and actioned with new features rolled out often. We noticed a night and day difference since implementing with fulfil in all aspects of the business from Accounting/Finance to Fulfillment.
