We started using Airtable as our main workflow tool, and as our centralized hub between Shopify, WMS, and marketing tools. The most important piece was having data syncing in real time, and this is where SyncBase really shines. Since the moment we connected, the syncing has been seamless, and any question, issue, or custom needs were handled by Théau swiftly and comprehensively. There hasn't been an actual need to reach out for help much as everything has been working flawlessly out the box. We had a small feature request, and it's already on the product roadmap for this month. It's possible to do this DIY with iPaaS, but we wanted peace of mind, and this is exactly what SyncBase provides with regular updates, maintenance, and support. This gave us the confidence to build out our core needs on Airtable to help streamline and improve on our existing workflows. For anyone facing a similar situation, I'd highly recommend giving SyncBase a serious look!

Syncbase is a lifesaver - as a marketplace with tens of thousands of products the only way our platform can really work efficiently is to manage products in bulk. Airtable is essential and Syncbase by far the best app to connect to Shopify. I was on AirPower for years and it does not even come close. The team is extremely dedicated, fast-moving, and ambitious. This > Airpower. I tried using Airpower and it instantly broke and the UI started to clutter with a bunch of different items. SyncBase Airtable was so much simpler to set up and use. It doesn't have as many advanced features as Airpower but it works, and it works well. The team jumped on a call with me within 48 hours to onboard us and really wanted to understand our use case to improve their app. Their support responds immediately and they go out of their way to help you find a solution.

The app has huuuge functions and the connection with airtable seems really good, the service is great too! I just downloaded this app becauce shopify suggested me this app, as i can edit my categorys in shopify in bulk + the metafields of category. Sadly the function is not available yet, but the team wants to integrate it, so i wait hopefully not long and the function will be available. Will come backthen, thanks.

Just started using the app after a month with AirPower. What took 3 weeks in AirPower was almost instant in Syncbase. I've only just begun but the 2-way sync is really a live 2-way sync. I'm very optimistic!

SyncBase is a great app. It syncs data over to AirTable quickly and having access to AirTable to be able to create different views and interfaces for your store data is fantastic. Thanks to Théau and Axil too for their great support :)

I would recommend this app mostly because of the level of service I experienced. The team worked on a custom design per my requirements with automated workflows which required a few live video calls. The time zone difference was not an issue at all. The Airtable sync was very fast and did not require me to map any fields, which is a real time saver. Syncbase is the best solution for a 2 way sync between airtable and shopify. I have tried all other solutions, and was lucky to find Syncbase at the end. It allowed me to create a really complex relational database by linking my webflow & Shopify sites together. I have spoken to the syncbase team, and they are an awesome team with a good product roadmap, so the product will only get better over time. 10/10

The SyncBase team is very supportive and quick. Another third-party app was causing issues and they correctly identified and helped me fix the issues. On top of that, they are constantly adding new features. A+++ Highly recommended.

App works well to solve a data sync/transfer issue for our store to AirTable, but even better is the support the team provides. Detail oriented, great understanding of the app and our data goals and friendly. Highly recommend.
