This team will fight for you to help you get what you need and earn your five star review. For most stores, their one click sync is all you need. I'm likely a more unique shop with dozens of products and as I sell footwear, also selling dozens of variants. It's been exhausting to find a tool to help me manage my inventory in Airtable, but SyncBase is a fantastic product build by an excellent team. It's been a journey testing what's working between Shopify, Airtable, SyncBase, and my own automation system, but the team has been supportive each step of the way. With upgrades to my Shopify plan to expedite API requests and staging tabs in Airtable, I'm feeling more and more confident this is the tool I need. Other tools I've tested have clunky onboarding, slow support, or missing key features, but after some work, I'm able to find what I need in a reasonable manner.
