Vani is one of the best customer support agents I have worked with. She spotted a mistake in our COGs, that I had completely forgotten about and messaged me to make sure that we fix it. Great support!

I was very professionally, kindly, and promptly assisted by Grace. A huge plus was the quick and professional follow-up she provided after our conversation. In short, a very positive experience with Grace's help.

Do not recommend, beware of extremely high extra hidden costs. App is working okay, but we had a uplift in sales for 2 months, which is why we were charged QUADRUPLE the amount we pay for our subscription PLUS the subscription fee. We did not get any notification that the orders will now cost something. Other Apps handle this differently which is why we will switch to an app that is more transparent. Also support did nothing, to compensate us, even though we upgraded to a higher plan.

Excellent support, they quickly gave me an answer for everything i needed, the app works wonders. Durra helped me a lot during the integration.

The app is working perfectly fine, only the pricing seems a bit expensive. Great customer support from Vani - had a minor issue and it was resolved right away.
