I am impressed with the functionality of the app. It combines pre-order & notification of back-in-stock functionality, saving the cost of two apps. Jolo from their support team was super helpful and offered to jump on a call to help with setup, which was very useful.

Dies erspart uns Verluste durch ein abgelaufenes Verfallsdatum. Supportanfragen werden nicht nur unmittelbar beantwortet, sondern Fehler auch direkt durch den Support behoben. This is an excellent app with many useful features. In the end we were unable to use it given some issues that were not the fault of the app, however I wanted to give them a 5 star review due to their incredible customer support and diligence in getting the app working where possible.

Brilliant app! a little difficult on the UI but managed to navigate it and got lots of help from Princess who sorted out my little bugs! Would much rather if the products got grouped into selling plans instead of reporting as a whole list, makes it difficult to tweak the plan (have to apply it to each individual line or delete the products and start again!) Lets see if it drags in the customers now! ;-)

Suite à un souci de lien sur le bouton de précommande, nous avons dû contacter le support. Celui-ci a répondu en moins de 5 minutes et, grâce à leur assistance, le problème était réglé en à peine 10 minutes. Trop peu d'applications peuvent se vanter d'avoir un aussi bon support. The pricing is a LIE! They say that their plans start from $1 and are $17 per month for unlimited. This is untrue. You have to PAY per preorder. So far, for 50 preorders, we have paid $25USD, and have just had to pay another $20USD to unlock another 50. They stop the app from working if you don't pay. The pricing listed here on the Shopify App store is straight up a lie!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We've had this app for a long time and would give it more stars if we could. The functionality helps us to manufacture in small quantities and ensure customers are informed about their pre-order. However, the customer service is why we wanted to write a review today. As every Shopify user knows, a new Shopify theme update can cause some code to go wonky (technical term). We always reach out to the team before publishing a new theme or update to ensure the code will work. They're online, friendly, and fast. Try this app, you won't be disappointed.

Jolo was excellent! His customer service was impeccable and he did an outstanding job answering all of my questions as well as his guidance through the app itself. I now feel very comfortable moving forward with my launch date because I can now incorporate a pre-order tab. I am really impressed with the app as well as the live support you receive if you have a question and need to speak with someone, directly. There are also quick and easy to follow tutorials that help as a resource tool, if needed. Thanks again Jolo, I wish you all the best and I would highly recommend this app, by far.
