This is app is great for growing business. Having an apparel store, we have so many different products, and we operate with very low stock. Having a pre-order allows us to keep the sales going. The customer support is always responsive and has solved my technical issues promptly.

Fantastic app for Shopify that has all the features I needed, but even more importantly the customer service is instant and very thorough and reliable. Sometimes chat support is not very useful, but with Kairock Partners SRL they always help to resolve issues in real time.

I just installed the app, had some trouble with ribbons not appearing, wrote an email to the support and it got fixed in a jiffy! So far so good.

The "pre-order" button is slow to load, and customer are able to order it thinking it's going to ship right away. This is causing some trouble with our customers. The team does not seem to have a good way to improve it yet.
