Seems to do what I need it to. Chat response was effective - helped me find an issue during set up very quickly. Chat window was not displaying well at one point, but that's minor. Good addition to Shopify.

Customer service has been excellent, you reach out on live chat within the app and get a very quick and personal response. They've assisted me with my migration from another app, and personalising my widget. Very happy and impressed so far.

Fantastic app and great support too! I am very new to subscriptions and had some great help from Cherose on their team to set it all up. Nothing was too much trouble.
