(1) Poor communication for their internal team. All the problems are required to repeat and repeat with different agents. (2) Asked me to authorize theme modification, but now the swatch images don't work anymore, they (Axel) asked me to ask shopify support instead. What a irresponsible attitude. (3) All the problems are required back and forth multiple times, and the problems are still not yet solved.

Dino and Juan, Some of the most useless customer service reps I've experienced. Took them 15 mins to reply with where I can find the customer service portal for this app.
