Frequently glitchy, and with an extremely unintuitive workflow. Trying to get support from shopify is also extremely difficult as most of their support staff isn't familiar with the app, and will pass you around or give you incorrect advice. The most recent update was a downgrade!

I have been trying my very best to use Stocky for stocktake and it just doesnt work and it tells me its been outdated since 2 April 2024. bit confused, maybe it doesnt work

Why does every update lower the functionality of the app?? - You now have to click edit on every PO to make updates (change it back!) - The new colour scheme does not let you easily differentiate between orders pending and received (change it back!) - When importing goods, sometimes you do not know the total landed costs until after all the import duties and taxes are paid. Stocky LOCKS the landed costs once goods are received. We need to be able to update shipping costs post order - to accurately see the Landed Costs (Please fix this as it is the most crucial part) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply 05/11/2024 In reply to the comment "you can click the Edit button on the top of a received purchase order to open up the option to adjust the shipping rates as needed." - the figures such as the margin and landed costs remain locked if you have already received the items, so this is not an acceptable solution. I almost didn't install this app due to the overall rating but it is actually brilliant and should be a 5/5. It is the only cost effective app on the market that not only directly links to the Shopify 'cost price' but adjusts that cost price according to the different buy prices across multiple PO's. You do not need a POS retail location to use this app for ecommerce only, there is no better app to manage cost prices in Shopify if you buy stock at different prices. Just brilliant.

When doing a transfer in stocky, Please show origin and Destination quantities to make it easier for us to check and tranfer

Wish there was options when running a suggested po. Like date of last order or last sold. So we can filter out products that haven't been order in certain time frame

As others mentioned: Stocky is getting worse with every update. Unfortunately, in the last "update" they removed the functionality "receive without syncing". As our logistics work separately from our management, Stocky is basically unusable without this feature. We can't mark orders as delivered without totally blowing up our Stocktakes in Shopify. Without being able to remove our delivered purchase orders, most of the reports are filled with wrong data too. Good job, Stocky team

One star, and wish it could be zero. Not efficent, lots of glitches, never any meaningful improvements. Like everything related to Shopify POS, it is overpriced, and underperforms. No customer service--every man for himself. Heed my warning, and AVOID.

So far so good, we have never used a stock management system before so we have been implementing stocky. Works great for us, allows us to enter our purchase orders in very easily and link to our suppliers. When containers have arrived we have marked as received and the stock has updated perfectly on Shopify. I see lots of negative reviews for this app but so far we have not experienced any issues.

HELP. I have never used it for years because I can't even get it to link and set up. And regular Shopify Help has me on hold forever and has no idea. It won't see/find Dymo printer at all. Nothing. I need to give it permissions .. and there is no button to NOW allow Permission. Just sends you to INFO about permissions. And Shopify doesn't save the label you use in DYMO anywhere you can find it on your PC. Can someone help me set up Stocky. It should be easier than this. Please and thank you. Otherwise Stocky is of no use to us still.

Completely exhausted with this app. Although uninstalled, it still ads stock quantities under product "Incoming" and messes with our inventory and stock count. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and have a set of tech guys to remove app intervention, with no luck. It's like Hotel California, you can get in anytime you want, but you can never leave.

Stocky is essentially useless for anything other than the most basic of functionality. No ability to see reports on when POs are due, no integration with Quickbooks or other accounting software, no ability to mass export or import POs, limited reporting functionality.... I could go on. It's disappointing that Shopify offers such a lackluster feature to fulfill a basic part of the retailer experience. UPDATE: They also have no workaround for multiple invoices per PO, which applies to over 70% of our orders, making their metrics for upcoming payments basically useless.

New update where you have to click edit every time to change anything on the PO is not helpful. I also do not like when you enter a new product into Shopfiy, the cost of the new product does not automatically transfer over.

Totally useless. We, as I assume most of businesses use POS on a tablet or phone. Stocky Inventory transfer does not appear to work on mobile devices. Only thing you can do is accept all products. - what if there are some products missing in the batch? You cannot accept partially or reject partially. There are buttons to reject or accept with inputs for editing the numbers of products to reject, but they are not functional. Only thing I can do on my POS mobile device is to accept all transfered products. Unable to use Stocky and I don't see any other apps that allow inventory transfer functionality. A huge issue in Shopify POS in my opinion. Please support mobile devices.

It is very good and helps me enormously in the functions that I use in stocky. But I have been waiting for a long time for them to make basic improvements such as: - Send, make and send inventory transfers to other Branches. - Customize in more depth the functions a user can perform. - Be able to see users executed some actions. - Be able to log in with any user without having to go through the Shopify Control Panel. - and many other things that could be improved to look more professional.

Great for creating a PO using the CSV import rather than adding the product individually but the PO does not show on the Shopify PO section.

This app has had the functionality that we needed and all of a sudden it no longer supports mobile devices. We have been using the app on Ipads for over a year and the latest update has killed that functionality. So annoying that we now need to find a new inventory management app. Looking at other reviews it appears that Stocky is on its way out.
