I was charged twice for a prebuilt store, but what I received was an empty template without products or customization. Their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, constantly saying they'd get back to me, but they never did. I decided to cut my losses after being charged for something I didn’t receive, but they then charged me $200 for a monthly subscription to a non-provided store. After months of back-and-forth, they promised a 50% refund, but seven months later, I still haven't received anything. Save yourself the time and frustration; avoid this service.
