thank you for making us able to do dropshipping more easy. only thing the prices are super expensive.

I strongly recommend that you do not download this software, it is really disgusting. There was obviously a 14-day free trial period, but after choosing it, I couldn’t cancel it at all. I uninstalled it after watching it for a few minutes after downloading it for the first time. But they still deducted my money, tried to cancel the subscription several times, but refused to return my money. It’s really disgusting.

I love the platform with variety of products, options to have USA made/shipped, and that I don't have to keep my own inventory! It has made launching my online store much lower cost, and simple to do!

I am having the worst time ever with Spocket's Tech and Customer Service. At the point, it seems I've been in contact with all their agents and bots. Yet none is able to help me move my account along. I opened the account a week ago and up till now, I dont have a working Shopify store. They deleted the wrong store and I have tried all I could to move things along - even opening another Shopify store at my own expense. unfortunately I paid for the Empire annual package and even though Im still within the 14 days trial, I can't get out without losing all that. I am a very small business hoping to start work as quickly as possible. 1 week is down and now no one is communicating with me. I have an account but no store to push all the products to. So no trading. I am really at my wit's end because I see all theses agents online and I write to them - respectfully - but I am being ignored. It seems no one knows what they are doing and I get conflicting advices from each of them! At this point, I just need to be able to cancel and get my money back. What could be improved? Tech Support and Customer Service.

With my limited experience, I took the first step by subscribing to Spocket. This incredible app is beneficial and easy to use.

Garbage platform. Customer service is painfully slow. Don't let the fancy purple paywall convince you this is a good platform. They automatically set seller processing and shipping times to 1 day, so that they appear to ship orders fast when in reality it takes 2 weeks. Even the sellers weren't aware of the 1 days processing time shown on their seller profiles. Each vendor can be found on Oberlo or AliExpress. A lot of the sellers on Spocket are drop shipper's themselves. They have no protections in place for the seller or customer. You are just left to dry if something goes wrong.

The customer service of this app is great! They are helping you immediately when you have problems. I had a problem, and they've fixed it right away! I would recommend this app to anyone.

Don't install this app! They have stole my money! I was trying the application in the free trial and decided to deinstall the app. This was before the trial ended, and they still wrote down money from my credit card! Thieves! Don't install this app!

I love this app because even though I have no knowledge at all about drop shopping and how to gain access to certain products and suppliers and this site just made it 100000 times easier for me to sell and set up my Shopify store. I highly recommend

Easy to install and integrate with Shopify. Number of variety products available at store and available for dropshipping. It's surely amazing.

Too many IT issues with pushing the products to my store, the prices are very expansive for the USA/EU. The customer service is great.

I don't wanna lie at first i thought it was gonna be hard ,but it was easy to use and better to locate stores easy plus with those discounts

I tried spocket in the past but when I closed my store I deactivated. I have a new store and use other drop shipping company, and they didn't do a good job with shopping .I trust spocket that my customers will get their packages .Plus they have good quality of clothes on like other drop shippers.

L'application est bonne, mériterai peut-être un design et un ux plus évolué mais Spocket fait du bon travail, sans compter sur l'équipe qui est super et toujours là pour répondre rapidement à toutes nos attentes et demandes. Je recommande !
