Hola, quiero reportar un problema con las suscripciones de ChatGPT. Después de cierto tiempo, la plataforma deja de permitirme colocar labels o etiquetas en mis conversaciones, lo cual es muy complicado para mi trabajo porque manejo muchos proyectos y necesito organizarlos correctamente. Las etiquetas funcionan al inicio, pero luego desaparece la opción y no puedo volver a usarlas. Esto afecta mi productividad y la manera en que archivo y gestiono la información. Needs to be much cleaner on the front end of the website. Like a drop down to choose which frequency, also needs to have a customer portal integrated directly into the dashboard of the store.

This app is majorly undeveloped and has caused me nothing but time, headaches, and problems. 1. No search function to easily look up subscriptions by customer or product. 2. Very limited function for customers, they cannot add/delete products to a recurring subscription or even alter frequency. Causing a lot of wasted time for our staff to help with a basic function. 3. No option to choose a date or have a subscription run early. Usually, resorting to customers having to cancel or our staff having to do a very tedious work around that again wastes time. 4. If you pause a subscription and restart it is for the next billing cycle as originally set up, not for that day. 5. Lots of glitches with skipped inventory and no way to alert shopowner. to skipped subscriptions. 6. Importing from another app is inadvisable. Formatting is a nightmare and even though there is supposedly a failsafe to prevent duplicate subscriptions. We got quite a few, even some in triple. Worse when speaking to a customer that had a triplicate subscription, she only saw one in her account. We have had a lot of cancellations and unhappy customers. Save yourself some time, You are better off with a third party app.
