The disparity in user experiences is evident, with some praising its performance when functioning correctly and others frustrated by frequent errors.

Key Strengths

I'm not experiencing the sync issues of other people as most of you don't seem to have set it up with the correct settings per the instructional page using ID and Token. It works fine if you followed the instructions. My issue is with the filtering capabilities of what number is displayed. The difference between Paid and Unpaid is objectively stupid and your team should have more logical reasoning skills than to simply filter on status = Paid or show all, ESPECIALLY since the checkbox is not to "only show paid orders" but rather "show unpaid orders". Deselecting this (i.e. removing Unpaid orders) should not removed partially refunded orders as THESE ARE PAID. It should only remove refunded and unpaid orders as the checkbox implies. There is no option to actually show the desired number as I'm either looking at all orders, including refunded ones, or I'm looking at only paid orders that did not get have a partial refund (all were simply refunding shipping, the order is still paid). This is the work of unskilled labor with no business insight to make the filtering so simplistic and incorrect. Your AI theme section generator could create this better. Ideally there would be more options to filter by the status so we can choose it for ourselves, and even better would be to allow filtering by tags to remove samples and affiliate orders and anything else we don't want to count as "real" orders. As it stands I'm looking at a number that either under or over represents my order volume.

Wrong number since I've installed it which is really disappointing. I reached out to them and was given basic troubleshooting advice I already tried.
