Ship Station is pure garbage. It only works occasionally. I have fixed it many times, the so called tech support has "fixed" it many times and at this point I gave up quite some time ago but yet I pay for it. I'm in process of shutting down the site after I have a huge sale to move the product in house out and I can honestly say I will be thrilled to see the last of Ship Station, the non working app that I can be rid of and not charged every month for absolutely nothing. Two weeks ago, we downgraded our plan. Since then, the barcodes on our packing slips have been reduced to such a tiny size that they are completely unscannable. We use “Scan to Verify & Print” daily as part of our warehouse process, and while this feature is clearly included in our current plan, it is now unusable because of this barcode change. We fully understand that custom packing slips are not available on our plan. The problem is that the default barcode ShipStation provides is so small that it cannot be scanned by any of our three warehouse scanners. That effectively disables a feature that the plan comparison chart says we still have access to. They are making us upgrade our plan just to use a feature that is ALREADY ON OUR CURRENT PLAN! Disgusting!

ShipStation has been a fantastic shipping software for our business needs. Lots of options and settings to customize the software for our specific case scenarios. Great support and onboarding team that helped us get up to speed very quickly. 5 stars all around.

I do not recommend ShipStation. During the trial, the experience started off positive. I was supported and even assigned an account manager. Once the trial ended, that support disappeared. My account manager stopped responding to my emails, my account was locked, and I was prevented from cancelling my subscription despite following their instructions and contacting support. I attempted multiple times to cancel in any way I could, yet I continued receiving invoices while still unable to access my account. Their support system is convoluted, unhelpful, and failed to resolve the issue. This is only my experience, but while the trial looked promising and human-centered, I quickly faced access issues, ongoing billing, convoluted support, and a cancellation process driven by automation where I ultimately fell through the cracks.

Beware, they will pull features out of plans that you need after you rely on them. We are on their $30/mo plan and had been using it for over a year when they decided to take away API access. We had a lot of money invested in programs to facilitate shipping and customer interaction that we paid developers to develop for us and ShipStation just pulled the API access breaking all of our systems.

Manifests with Canada Post are currently broken, 6 weeks and counting. This review will be updated when they fix it. Until then, the app is not fully functional for Canada Post.

We aren’t high volume orders but high order value and use SS mostly for international as majority of our US business is from mfg to consumer. Suppprt always there when I need them.

I've been using ShipStation for several years to ship order from two of my Shopify stores. I've not had any issues, and if there is something I need help with, it's been quickly resolved. Splitting orders to ship items separately is a breeze. Adding an "order" to ship something that was not parts of a shopify order is super easy. All in all, I've had a great experience.

The app it self works quite well, but recently we stopped using this as Shipstation tried to force us to pay for the Gold Level if we wanted to use APIs for Amazon and Ebay, which are very fundamental to the tools use. The Gold level also supports 2000 labels per month, way in excess of what we need. So we dropped the App and now transitioned to Veeqo very sucessfully.

Shipstation has been a life saver for us as a company. The Shopufy integration makes shipping not only from our website, but also several third party marketplaces we have linked through various apps a breeze. No more entering in information multiple times, increasing the likelihood of errors, but also having the tracking relayed back to the marketplace saves so much additional time.

Its a brilliant addition to the business. Not only does Shipstation work on Shopify, it also works on Etsy and Amazon, so if you sell on multiple platforms as we do, it means we only need to look at one interface every morning to see what orders need shipping. It also sends out automatic shipping information to the marketplace as well. It is a massive time saver and the discounted rates make it a massive economic win too. We like the fact that Shipstation have a great support centre who chase any parcels that go missing for us to. Couldn't run Stickers4Walls without it.

This app has been a huge time saver for shipping our products from over 40 stores! The tagging feature is a great tool to use for various situations. We love the automatic price checking for the best rates for multiple carriers. We use the Chat feature often for assistance and they always spend time with you to help with any situation.
