This app is very helpful for understanding customer behavior and making better decisions based on real data. On top of that, their support team is excellent — fast, friendly, and really helpful. Definitely recommend it.

I've been using this app for a few days upon recommendation and so far I'm very pleased with the features. It's very helpful to see what people look at and make informed decisions about what information to add and what format to use. For instance I'm noticing people on my store don't seem to use sliders and drop down menus, so some important information may get lost that could be overcoming objections. The support service is very quick, efficient and helpful. they gave a free boost and answered my questions very quickly and clearly. Highly recommend.

Have only been using the app for a short time but so far its fairly insightful especially the recordings. Easy to install and the support team are responsive and helpful. Would reccomend.
