I have been using this app for about 4 months now, the products are of good quality there are many glitches in the tool and things to be improved to make it more efficient. On the plus side are the products, they keep including new ones and they are of high quality and You can start a business quickly with them. You can preview your products and they provide automated mockups directly to your shopify. The ordering process is quite seemless once you know what settings to apply which are not explained anywhere. On the need to improve section i would mention that the support team takes quite a long time to answer and we had a few issues until now. One of them is not being able to give access to other users like your graphic designers, so everything needs to be managed from one user account. Key functionalities like being able to delete old or no longer needed designs in the design studio are not available and they create a big chaos of designs with so many products and customisations. Also the filtering options in the my products sections is very limited and does not allow you to group them. The process of creating and applying templates to products could be simplified, unfortunately they do not provide tutorials on how to do it properly so I had to make a lot of mistakes until i worked it out. There are also inconsistencies for example the product has a name on the website and a different one in the templates and some templates do not have the right dimmensions. Beyond the tool, we have had a couple of issues with shipments, the delivery times are much longer than what it is stated in the website. My last customer order was placed on 17 March and the customer just told me they have not yet received it after 10 days. This is a big issue!

Ho riscontrato problemi su ogni singolo ordine: 1. Gli ordini rimangono in stato "pendente" per giorni (sul sito è indicato che gli ordini vengono preparati e spediti in 2 giorni). 2. E quando finalmente l'ordine riesce a partire il cliente non riceverà mail il suo ordine. Su 10 ordini solo 2 sono arrivati a destinazione (e con tempi molto più lunghi da quelli indicati sul sito: 4/5 giorni per la preparazione e 15/20 giorni per la spedizione). 3. Il supporto clienti non è dei migliori, rispondono dopo 2-4 giorni e spesso senza fornire un aiuto concreto.

First of all I'm impressed with the quality of their products. Everything is well-made, from creams and serums to packaging. The app is incredibly easy to use, making it simple to manage orders and streamline operations. What truly stands out, though, is their customer support. I faced an issue with shipping caused by the courier, and even though it wasn’t their fault, the SelfNamed team (special thanks to Utpinjar!) went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the service and products, and I’ll definitely continue working with them. Highly recommended!

A very good system! The products are very high quality and easy to use or market. The online designer is super easy to handle and works very well. If you have any questions, the support is always available, even very quickly. We can only recommend the system and the app Selfnamed!

Selfnamed offers a great range of products, and integrating it into my Shopify store was seamless. The overall product quality is impressive, and I appreciate their wide selection. However, the fulfillment times are considerably longer than what they claim on their site, which has been disappointing. Another downside is not being able to update designs for product packaging on the fly—you have to remove the product entirely and add a new one with the revised design. While there’s definitely potential here, these drawbacks make the experience less smooth than I had hoped.

** updated review *** Following my initial review, the service has really improved. It appears that there are more staff working at Selfnamed now, previously I just received an email from the same person, but now there are different people replying. The speed of response is really quick now, and the team are helpful. I put the problems I had earlier down to 'teething' problems. Looking towards success with Selfnamed now. Set up my store and branded 66 products with Selfnamed. I did a test order on my store, and it went through fine. I did a further 3 orders to provide products to 2 UGC creators and 12 products to myself to photograph, and I had no end of problems. The two UGC orders wouldn't fulfil. I reached out to the support team who kept on telling me the same thing (i.e. look at the reason) despite me telling them there wasn't a reason. They eventually sent a request to access my Shopify store, yet despite giving them access 3 working days (5 calendar days) ago, no one has logged into look at it. This is really awful service - if these had have been customer orders I'd be screwed. I'm now deleting the Selfnamed products from my store and deleting the app.

Very happy with my experience so far. I have used their design service and they have been very accommodating towards my requests for some changes. I have also ordered some sample products and couldn’t be happier with the quality.

Very nice products and perfect customization options but terrible customer service, they answer once every 2-3 days, the customer support on their website see the chat but they simple do not care and they answer next day or even week.

So far i really like it. Its easy to understand and design, i really like the products and the print quality was also good, even tho i used png and not pdfs. Everything fine so far, also the support was very fast. The only thing i don't like is the delivery tracking, because it give false realtime information SOMETIMES... And overall the products are a bit expensive... but overall i like the app, the products i use them even myself and yeah, im thankfull!

I am really unsatisfied with this App right now. Creating products and syncing works but if you change in Shopify the Product details.. it will not sync anymore. I cannot automatically sync my orders it won't work. I wrote couple of email to the support but they won't answer and if they answer its already too late. They need couple of DAYS for answering urgent cases.. I also tried to place the orders on the self named website and also this does not work properly. How is this App even allowed on Shopify? I lost more money with this app then selling products. This is insane! There is also no live support chat available, no phone number only a email address and they need couple of days... Please do not waste your time with this app, now I need to change my whole concept of my shop and look for other Companies ... this will take again more time and money for me. AND THE BEST PART: You can't cancel any orders! Like imagine a customer places a order and the cancel it.. you will lose your money... happened to me already...

I have been using the service for about 4 months and I am very satisfied. Dropshipping has only been offered for a short time and of course there are occasional difficulties with new systems, but the service from the Selfnamed team was always very helpful and responded immediately. So I can rate the service with 5 stars and the products are really very good. I'm more than satisfied, only deducting one point because I had technical difficulties at the beginning, that cost me some time. But hey, top company

Impressed by the concept, the product selection and certifications. Some minor bugs with the app, but they are fixed now. I like it so far. Yet to see if the shipping, delivery and returns services are good.

I have been trying to work with this company for 2 months. Their app is just FULL OF BUGS. I don't understand why they didn't just fired their developer. They must really like him to let him do so much mistakes. The import function just simply don't works, so imagine if you receive orders... Apart from that I tried the old way (placing order one by one on their website) and it's just a complete mess. There is no automation for tracking. No automation for VAT rules (they charge it to you even though you have a VAT number). And the WORST PART IS THEIR SHIPPING PARTNERS. THE SHIPPING FEES are super high and the package get returned to the factory every time because instead of delivering without signature, they deliver it with signature ; making the whole delivery thing such a nightmare... When doing dropshipping from China the products are just delivered in the mailbox and that's it; no problem with signature thing. In short, just stay away from this company at all cost until the sugar mommy money feeding the dev team realize it's time to change the devs for real.

At first, I was very excited to sell the products offered by this company. A customer placed an order on August 11, 2023; I had the package shipped to my address because I wanted to check the packaging and smell the products before I sent it out to my customer. Two of the bottles were damaged, so I contacted Selfnamed for help on August 25, 2023. On August 28, 2023, Nicole from Selfnamed replied to my email and offered to either re-ship the damaged products or refund the cost of the two damaged bottles. I chose to have them re-ship. On September 7, 2023, I sent an email to Nicole asking for a status update. I sent another email on September 11, 2023, again asking for a status update. I reached out again and again, with no response. On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, I finally heard back from Nicole. She said she forgot to hit "send" on her email. (How do you forget to hit SEND on an email???) which is why I had not heard from her sooner. Anyway, she said that she would check the status of the shipment, it was scheduled to go out this week. Today is September 17, 2023. I have not heard anything more about this replacement. My customer is LIVID. I will probably have to issue a refund. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Stay away from this company. They will not take care of your issues or concerns; they will just give you lame excuses. I'm really, really angry.
