I’m finding it increasingly difficult to navigate this app when the error emails don’t match my actual product data and lack the context I need to resolve the issue on my own.

If you're tech savvy this will be simple. If you're not, its a good thing they have awesome help available. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is my teenage employee needed some help getting things set up. Otherwise its wonderful!

I compared several other apps, and Seal Sub offers the best pricing. What surprised me even more is how incredibly simple and user-friendly Seal Sub is to set up. Support is great and always detailed with screenshots. We are on different timezones so the delay is out of their control, so I won't ding them because you only really need to contact once most times to get a resolution. By far one of the more affordable subscription apps for what you get! Highly recommend!

Once I figured out how to organize the subscription rules (didn't take too long) everything else was pretty easy. Hands down the best subscription app to use; it's fully customizable, mobile responsive, and looks great!

Rollout of updates and the merchant can solve the problems. Before the update, customers with a subscription could use the manual added method of "paying by invoice", since the update only credit card is possible. I havent been actively informed by Seal, that they made such changes and guess what, customers have to call me, if we are not offering invoicing anymore. WTF. I dont know how many of orders I lost due to Seal. Now, have to speak with their support to find a solution because they break things, I have to pay for their software AND loose money, guess what how happy I am.

Just started using Seal Subscription and it's been an easy & guided process. Lots of videos explaining how to use the platform and it's done exactly what I needed to do. Looks smart on the product page too! Hoping that it's a smooth process once the orders start coming in!
