Rivo is exactly what we were looking for with creating a loyalty program for our business. The app is extremely user friendly, fully customizable, and their support is top notch, especially Bryan. He's been amazing with answering all of my questions and he even set up our landing page himself to save me time. Highly recommend Rivo!

A great app for loyalty and rewards, does everything I need. Very easy to set up and the service from Bryan was lightning fast, very responsive. Helped with some styling on our page and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this app for anyone look for a great loyalty app!

Getting started an on e-commerce site can be incredibly overwhelming and quite humbling.. Added Rivo to our store a few days ago and already received positive feedback from customers. The Free version is very limited but I see the potential for the upgrade. there is also a Start-Up plan for 24 euros a month and I think that is a good offer.

So quick to hop in, even assisting me with some coding to get the desired look I was going for on our website. I have been a customer for over 2 years now. Each time I have contacted their support for our business they were pleasant, kind, and super helpful. I recently updated my stores website and had some glitches with our rewards platform, Pete was super helpful and patient as I was confused with the steps to take. If you need an app that is straightforward with great customer service this is the one! Love it so far!
