I'm still trying out all of the features of Rivo but so far I've been impressed. I had a few questions during onboarding and setup, and Pete from support was able to hop on immediately and answer any questions. Looking forward to exploring the app more!

We have been using Rivo for just about a year now across both of our websites. We have been so happy with the Loyalty program, it's setup, and it's response from our customers! We had a small issue with our page displaying that made us reach out to the customer service chat, and Arianne was incredible!!! She narrowed down the problem (it was a code issue that seems to have been edited somehow over the last year ... ). She was such a pleasure to deal with, fixed it right away, and was beyond helpful. We haven't used the app to it's fullest yet, but the support team (especially Arianne) are AMAZING! I've tested nearly 5 loyalty apps, and none of them come close to Rivo.
