Super gemakkelijk te gebruiken, naast de bekende voordelen van deze app vind ik het vooral heel fijn dat het support van het team zo persoonlijk en snel is.

De reactie van de medewerkers is super. Wij hadden een demo aangevraagd en dat kon nog dezelfde dag. Goede uitleg gekregen en binnen een paar dagen waren we al online met de retourpagina. Het installeren ging super vlot en makkelijk. De dames kijken ook mee naar je wensen en doelen en helpen waar nodig is. Na een dag merkte wij al verschil in de retouraanvragen en de mails die wij voorheen kregen. Het gebruik van de app is makkelijk en overzichtelijk. De app is zo gekoppeld dat er een notitie geplaatst wordt bij de originele bestelling, zowel bij een terugbetaling als bij een omruiling.
