I am beyond furious with this app and its shady business practices. They charged me a whopping $440, which is nearly half of what I made in sales through their app – a mere $900. This is outright robbery, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to provide any details or justification for this outrageous charge. The worst part is, the support team made this entire experience a nightmare. Their complete lack of communication, unhelpful responses, and eventual radio silence left me stranded with no one to turn to for help. This is, hands down, the worst support I have ever encountered from any app or service.

Shafta worked with me every step f the way to make sure my flows were in order and created correctly in order for me to get the best results with the App. I also received screenshots to show exactly what was being done. Thank you again!

The app helps us increase our profits. It is well worth the investment. Also, their customer support is very quick to respond, and people like Riya are very knowledgable and helpful.

Still figuring out the app but it's great , have just deducted 1 point because the downsell trigger is not yet live . I have to mention a guy named Alex from the support team. He was really helpful and gave instant replies and helped me understand post purchase conditions, widgets really well.

ReConvert support has always been fantastic. I am not a big fan of their new UI, so I had to revert back. However, Anastasia from the support team took care of everything for me seamlessly.
