Worst experience. Every time when order comes in, the order is synced but the inventory is not updated. I have to manually go and update the inventory so that product is marked Out of Stock. Reached multiple times to support staff but they are not helpful. Still its an open issues and no one is helping form support team to resolve it.

The QuickSync app is great, so helpful to be able to cross list items! The support staff are fantastic. So patient and friendly! They spend time to make sure you are comfortable using the app. Khaled got me started, very kind to accommodate my rudimentary computer skills! Omar has been amazing! He worked through trouble shooting with me and helped me add many more products. He even followed up a few days later to ensure things were still going okay and helped resolve a few more items.
