So far, so good. I used the app to upload my products to Etsy and it was simple. I love how EVERYTHING synced over. There were some products that didn't go through, I requested assistance via the chat help, I was chatting with Ariane who was very helpful and got the remaining items synced over for me. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone considering a seamless Shopify/Etsy integration.

This is truly the best service I have experienced to date. Immediately after installing the app, a customer representative, in my case OMAR, gets in touch, who supervises the onboarding and linking in a super friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended!

Even though the Etsy app isn’t currently right for me, as I’m not able to justify paying for another app at this time. Hopefully as the business grows I can add it. But for now I’ll continue to add to my Etsy store manually. I appreciate the Free trial to give me a chance to have a look around to see if it would b right for my business in the future. Normie was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to cancel. It’s given me confidence to come back in the future when the time is right.

Paid for a few months and didn’t use the app to sync due to personal reasons and lack of time. The agent I chat with was super helpful and polite!

Garbage. I have no any different words. If you're looking for problems on your head, go ahead. Listings syncing between Etsy and Shopify with a lot of errors. Sometimes its not sync description informtion, sometime its not transfer SKU, sometimes not all of colors vary. I lost 3 days figure out what is going wrong: after syncing products from Shopify to Etsy all of listings were broken, that was impossible. I must create all of new listing and post in on Etsy.

Khaled was really good. I thought the App would come with step-by-step instructions but there are none, I reached out to one of your agents. Khaled walked me through the process and I was able to Sync one product with 5 size variants. Very happy with the support.
