Very simple process to integrate my shoplify store to Etsy store. The 24-hour chat with real people was a bonus and helped the setup process.

Joseph helped me migrate my store. He made it so easy as he did all the heavy lifting. I just answered a few questions for him. I was using a different app previously but it constantly had sync delays so I decided to try out QuickSync. I'm still a new customer but so far its been fantastic.

So far this has been a great experience! Joseph was with me and walked me through the process from the very beginning. He's helped me sync a few items that didn't sync the first time which is wonderful because I tend to get frustrated when it comes to troubleshooting on platforms that I'm not very familiar with. This app is supposed to link your etsy to shopify for fulfillment and you cannot fulfill your orders on shopify with it. I just spent an entire week transferring over 400+ products using the app just to find out it can't transfer shipping information to shopify. Which means it does not allow you to fulfill the etsy orders once they roll through. I am wildly disappointed and frustrated. I will be removing it from my shop and finding something that actually works.
