The onboarding experience has been incredible! Joseph was my Customer Success Agent - he gave me very thorough instructions and stepped in to take care of most of the tasks himself. This was super easy and fast to set up! As soon as I downloaded the app Joesph helped me right away. He was extremely kind and patient. Joesph even went out his way to help me further by sending me educational videos to set me up for success with selling on Etsy!
