I had trouble setting up and synching order and product data with Quickbooks Online, but CLARISSE from the online chat helped me. The software isn't as intuitive (pun intended) as i'd have liked, but having very good customer service to help get you going is so helpful.

New to the app but seems to do what I need it to. What I'm most impressed with is so far the customer service team has been wonderful. I've contacted them twice and both times they have been quick to respond and extremely helpful! Thanks so much Sherwin!

The best connector hands-down. Everything can be configured and they have outstanding live chat support with a thoroughly extensive knowledge of any issue you might have. Clarisse helped us configure the app to support quite a complex operation very quickly.

The integration between Shopify and QBO works as expected. You do, however, need to be careful on setting up the filter on manage connection on what data to transfer and what not. Just make sure you don't have double booking when reconciling your QBO and bank statement.
