I had trouble setting up and synching order and product data with Quickbooks Online, but CLARISSE from the online chat helped me. The software isn't as intuitive (pun intended) as i'd have liked, but having very good customer service to help get you going is so helpful.

New to the app but seems to do what I need it to. What I'm most impressed with is so far the customer service team has been wonderful. I've contacted them twice and both times they have been quick to respond and extremely helpful! Thanks so much Sherwin!
