I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. NICK was really helpful - I hadn't even see there was a live chat option on the connector app - whilst scratching my head thinking how to deal with the errors a message popped up from NICK asking if he could help with this error - he was able to talk me through resolving the issues and to advise how to solve them going forward so it doesn't happen again - very pleased with this APP and the support provided.

App works really well, I did have a small problem when we first setup the connector but I contacted Ben in support and he fixed the error in less than 24 hours, brilliant work.
