They can simply select the picture they have talked about and upload it from the product page itself. You can enable or disable those photos from the app's backend.

Great app - VERY easy to install. Very EASY to customize almost everything. Great support (*****) - They will do all the customizations as you want without any single penny :) The only downside is if they could provide images in LightBox.
