Amazing prompt and usefull customer service. Uğur was so kind and professionnal helping me to setup my widget exactly the way I want as I'm a graphic designer (and so hard to convince when discussing design and widget customization possibilities.) Well... he did it :)

STAY AWAY! BUGGY AND EXPENSIVE. This app is full of bugs. Support is responsive yet makes one open promise after the next that are never delivered. It takes forever to setup bundles as each one has to be manually inputted and configured one by one. Due to the hundreds of hours I had invested in setup and troubleshoioting with Pickystory, I ended up using this app for far loinger than I should have. Soon after downloading the app and setting up my bundles, I was told I would be migrated to their new platform imminently. But it was more than ONE YEAR of bugs, overcharging, bundling products being removed, cart integration failures, lost revenue and lies from the PS dev team. At one point, the pickystory app removed ALL of my 273 bundles, on the biggest launch day on our site, which resulted in thousands in lost revenue.I was still charged IN FULL for that month despite it being a crash on their side that they admitted to. Stay away - more headaches and time spent logging bugs with support than its worth. Also, the charges are not at all transparent and this app completely overcharges for what it does. They also attribute every cent of revenue generated to their app, meaning you are charged exorbitant commissions, which they refuse to give you a detailed itemised invoice for. I found a great alternative for 1/10th of the price, called Simple Bundles. Same functionality, great support, reasonably priced.

Such a great app - easy to use and the chat support is super helpful. I wasn't sure how to customise the design of the Picky story cart to match my store so I got in touch and Uğur made all of the changes for me. Really pleased

The support is amazing! They always help you super fast and are very kind. Ivan helped me out and he did things very fast because I needed to run my ads and helped me a lot :)

Easy to use app. Solved an ongoing issue I had with mix and match bundles. Carlos in the helpdesk was extremely helpful and guided me through step by step.

Expensive app but it does work! I have been able to bundle products together that have 8 variants each all whilst tracking inventory. I would highly recommend it but it is expensive so factor it into your costs.

Great app to create flexible bundles. And support team is awesome if you need help getting started or quick fix.

This app is amazing, the customer service is so FAST and they really do their best to help you. Ceren at PickyStory even went so far as to custom design everything I needed so it themed with my colors on my site! Awesome company!
