Wouldnt recomend the app to anyone looking for a easy to setup low cost soulution. Fast bundle is better and free. Dont waste your time like i did. choose a different app

I had a technical issue which was out of scope for the app but the team managed find a solution and to resolve it for me within a few days! They communicated with me the whole time and we’re so helpful! Great team

We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! I've worked with Carlos numerous of times and he has helped me with figuring things out beyond Picky Story's capability! I really value good customer service and Picky Story sure does provide that. Highly recommend.

very very bad experience they are scammers i was just on my free bundle i have not subscribed to there paid bundle they charged me $29.50 even i have not used there app for sale my sales are nothing expenses are to much but they also charged me when i ask there support they say we can't give you refund its correct charge stupid bull shit app ever used fuck you.

So far so good...just installed this app about 30min ago. Pretty easy to set up and it appears to be working great. We are using it for the Build Your Own Bundle feature since we already have fixed bundles. Had a question about how to set default variants for product selection and Uğur Can via their support team was a great help. My only criticism is that the Contact Support link in the Shopify App did not work. I had to go to the website and then go through their chat widget. Still 5 stars...service was fast and the app seems to be working well. Will update later if any issues pop up.

Best App there is when it comes to Bundles, everything you need is in there. Honestly everything they bring out is a straight Banger. Best UI, best customer service - they are down to earth and really try hard to make it better + they answer within seconds aaand fair pricing. Don't waste your time like me searching for other Solutions, this is the only one that does its job like you want it to

Makes bundling and upselling much easier. I have had a few issues, mostly user error and the team at Picky Cart are super fast to resond. PickyStory has been well worth it.

Been using pickystory for a month now and it has been a big help. We used to make bundles manually through shopify and tracking inventory and skus for all of the bundles was a hassle. Pickystory makes it much better. The best part is the quick customer service. Anytime we run into any type of issue they are always available. They are very helpful and responsive. I also like that they take my suggestions and put them in the queue for future updates.

Carlos was a huge help with changing some format and display elements in our cart. And so quickly too! It's so amazing to use an app with actual human support rather than bots.

Incredibly buggy app, promising the world in future updates but offering little value in the here and now. Ongoing development on app features broke our cart over a weekend forcing uninstall.

Good app many options and very fast service if you face a problem. Ugur Can is replying really fast and helpfull. Only part is i think the pricing is a bit much, i will see if i ts worth it after the 30 day free trial.
