I like the integration, based on my current needs, it makes posting to my shop easy. Both companies forum pages and Printful's video tutorials helped with any issues I've had so far.

I love it!!! but I really don't like making designs on it. I can never tell the exact placement for my designs especially for leggings, and prints down the side of the leg, a very common design theme for our store. I really wish the design editor was more clear on where the placements go. Its always a surprise and I am forced to continually order test prints every single design which is costly and time consuming, I don't get my designs out timely and with seasonal changes and that impacts my business (so when that happens- I print in-house designs using other techniques besides OD). Printful should really be helping the designers out with placements and ensuring that we know if we place something, it will print. yes, I know varying sizes etc, but the PF designer should clearly show the varying sizes and the mockups should be clearer and larger. I have to lean into the screen and think to myself, hmmmmm, is that design placement correct? i cant tell because i can't even see the left side or right side clearly. I should be able to expand all mockups with ease and see every side of the product. 3D mockups are great, but you don't use them for all products :( that would save me tons of time. I haven't been logging in to create because it takes so long to get placements right due to these limitations. But my students are begging me to make more, so I am here today. but I realized why I haven't been on, its very time consuming to create and I already have my designs ready to go. My other concern is if you are working with athletic companies why there aren't more options for ALL OVER PRINT tanks and towels? Microfiber hand towels are a go-to product for athletes and I see that the only towels are very strange sizes for fitness facilities. and the tank selection is so limited...more racer back styles and muscle styles (AOP) would be cool.... (in the cotton feel AOP, oooooh people would love that loungy vibe) OH and YAY! Thanks for adding the flare plants, sooooo many people have been asking for them, so I am stoked to begin adding them. SHIPPING IS ENTIRELY TOO HIGH. THEY CHARGED $15 PLUS THE HIGH COST OF THE PRODUCT. I WILL NEVER MAKE A PROFIT WITH THEM. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER! THEIR RATE IS TAKING AWAY FROM MY REVENUE MADE IN THE ORDER THAT THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR MY PERSONAL PRODUCTS.

I like the app and the product but trying to upload artwork for products is very difficult and counterintuitive. I tried making a dad hat and using your mockups the whole process is very confusing and sent me in circles.

I would recommend this app as it is fun, easy to use and the prices are fair, I am looking forward to my products selling and have a long term working relationship with this company

Easy to use even for someone that is not very technical. Just take time to get use to it and need to watch enough videos as guidelines.

I have been rocking with Printful since 2019 and never had a disappointment. not to say that I have not had delays or something mishandled when turned over to the post office, but what I can say is Prihtful's commitment to my customers has never failed. New t-shirt owners, if your looking for quality service, quality products, and some work off your head. try to have at least 5 concrete things from here and you can produce your own too. way to go printful, you are rocking it and expanding things, I see you <3

Printful has been great to work with! They go above and beyond to make sure the quality of what they deliver is there. If something doesn't show up correctly, they will make sure to get a new one shipped out immediately. I would highly recommend using Printful for your Fulfillment and Shipping needs!

There is not as much racial diversity in the mock-ups. The inventory of customizable items is lacking and overpriced.

It's been about three years since I used Printful as a print-on-demand provider, and I simply love the quality of their products (so do my clients). The support service was efficient when one of my orders had delivery issues, when I had questions about products, or when I needed to update data. The integration to Shopify makes it super easy to use. Setting up the store and products is super easy. Creating multiple versions of one product is fairly simple (though I wish there was a tool that saved me more time on this one).

The printful app works brilliantly and offers almost every option you can think of. The only limitation I find, and this is specific to my situation, is the fact that for European destinations it can be expensive and take too long.

Easy to set up and integrate. Love the syncing between the my 2 sites. Only just started using it but excited to se what I can do with it to expand my business.

The integration process is smooth and easy. Create your products on Printful and they immediately show up in my Shopify store. Editing products is simple and quick as well. You can edit in Shopify and in Printful. This has been the easiest print on demand platform I've played with.

Good partner app with lots of products although some to not have as much customization as you might like. Customer support is helpful and quality is very good.

I am very new to POD. After all of my research I found that Printful is one of the best for customer support. Inwhich you will need starting out. With that being said I do hope that they catch-up to the products that some of these other companies have. Overall I am very happy with Printful and I will not be leaving them. Norman Ritter.

Seamless integration. They really could not make the process simplilar and my changes update instantly in Shopify

The products are great but the integration is horrible. I have to upload a product multiple times before it'll say all sizes are in stock. For example, I'll upload a new t-shirt & it'll say all sizes are in stock besides Small. So I'll re-upload the product & it'll say all sizes are in stock besides Medium & 3XL. I have to do this over & over until it finally shows all sizes as "In stock". I've reached out to customer service & no one can find an answer or a resolution as to why this is happening.

I have enjoyed creating products. However, it does not do me any good because I have not been ankle to reconnect my Printify store with Shopify. Therefore I'm paying for two inoperable stores.
