The addition of products is simple and everything uploads very quickly. The only thing I can't figure out is how to add additional variants when using mock ups I bought off of Etsy versus using the Printful mockups.

loving it just wish fufillment was a little faster hopefully they can get this situation fixed because its help when customers place orders i hope they get rid of ONTRAC they delivery sucks bad delivery person don't follow instructions they don't come to the apartment they leave package in the lobby for anyone to take i had 3 deliveries stolen customer service wanna give u a hard time for a replacement telling me file a police report lol

ich finde es einfach zum benutzen, man darf nicht zu viel von den produkten erwarten, bin ich ehrlich. aber im organic bereich sind sie auf jeden fall gut. was ich mir in zukunft wünschen würde, ist das shopify den betrag direkt an printful überweist vom kunden und nicht erst das geld von meinem konto.

Very Easy To Use. I do wish they had more variety of athletic sportswear beyond All-Over-Print brand.

Printifull offers more customization for my products. Which is a huge win for me because I have more options to make the product my own!

I love the platform. They let you design anything and it's free. The only thing you pay for is when you actually sell something. They keep all your designs safe and you don't have anything to worry about. They do it all for you.

Printful has been an excellent print-on-demand partner. The integration with Shopify is seamless, product quality is strong, and order fulfillment is reliable. I appreciate the wide product selection, easy design tools, and transparent pricing. Customer support has also been responsive when I needed help. Great platform for building a serious brand.

I LOVE PRINTFUL BECOUSE IS EASY TO USE, BUT A POWERFUL TOOL WITH A LOT OF VIDEOS TO HELP ME THROUGH. IN MY SHORT EXPERIENCE THE ONLY THING I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE CONTROL OF MANAGE THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT DIRECT FROM MY SHOPIFY, IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO.

The app is perfectly functional, I've never had any problems with it, all synced nicely, and everything is smooth. I've been using it for three years now.

Shopify and Printful do not speak to each other. I'm not able to log into accounts to connect. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this platform does not work. On top of that, support is no where to be found.

Honestly I am getting a little mad. i spent the last 6 hours trying and trying over and over to connect with shopify and no matter what i do the Google Gmail sign in ( when on shopify and already installed printful and when it ask do you have a printful account sign in) and display screen with Google,apple or email. And click on Google cuz that's how i signed up. It don't do anything. What i got do cancel my subscription delete and start all over with email sign up and repay for my plan again. And the chat help don't help out one bit with why its like that or what to do about it. Everything it says is nothing to do with my situation.

I hate the new update. Now when I am publishing from my saved templets it brings me to an new page. Then I have to navigate all the way back to the templet collection. Before I could just work down the list. Now this add unnecessary time and steps.

I had high hopes for Printful, but the fulfillment speed has been extremely slow. Orders take far too long to move from production to shipping, which creates unnecessary delays and a poor customer experience. If fulfillment time matters to you at all, I would strongly recommend switching to another app. Slow production hurts your brand, increases support tickets, and makes it harder to compete. Reliability and speed are critical in ecommerce, and unfortunately Printful consistently fell short for us. There are better options out there if you value timely order fulfillment.

Printful has been a failure from the start of using it. It doesn't know how to separate products from the embroidered side to the print on demand side. I had a trucker hat that was not embroidered that they told me was embroidered when you set up the hat, it asked you if you want the embroidered or the regular and there was no option for anything else I picked the regular not the embroidered the failure of this company. They don't respond in a timely manner. They don't communicate well at all. They don't try to fix anything after you've gone and done everything that they've asked you. . The best thing to do is to sue companies like this so that they have to pay your business for losing money.

Very good Shopify integration - easy for direct product designing and immediate uploading to store. Becomes a lot easier after practice with the site

trial sofar very unsatisfactory. Issues with verification, uploaded necessary details several times. Payments were charged to business account, succesfully. Yet again, need to supply payment details. Running in circles. Getting the same scripted replies over/over. Not happy as a customer/user of the app.

I just received my first sample order and there was an issue with the order. I let Printful know and within two days, they had corrected the issue and I had the revised product in my hands! I am very impressed with the service I have received so far. I am also pleased with the quality of the items I received in my sample order.
