    Customer service is excellent, and the Shopify integration is straightforward. However, the customer flow is only seamless when the refund is returned to the original payment method. When selecting discounts, store credit, or other alternatives, the flow duplicates the shipping requirements and incorrectly totals the refund instead of applying the chosen discount.

    The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.

    Once an item has been refunded in Shopify why do i have to then go back in to returns panel and action it again in there - its a pain and just more admin

    I just downloaded the app and had a lot of questions because I have been looking for an app that also covers international returns. This app does that but I needed to know how and what.     Was excited about the app but it has limited features with regards to accepting/rejecting returns of certain items/orders. No option to approve/reject a return based on a tag associated with an order or with a product. We use Shopify to tag orders and products for a variety of reasons. Some of these tags make an order ineligible for return. This app will not accommodate those tags.
