The Order Editing app has been great for our Customer Experience team's workflow by allowing customers to make order changes independently, reducing support inquiries. This has also led to fewer cancellations, order error returns, and dispatch delays due to the address verifications, boosting our overall efficiency. This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it. I don't trust that any part of this app is working.

We just got the app, I will update this review if issues arise but I must say. THIS APP IS A MUST, it will save you so many CS emails / live chats etc. Hamish is a good guy, I really wish him and this company the best. I am sad though shopify doesn't have the brains to do something like this. 10/10 GOATED WITH THE SAUCE

This app is incredible, and the founders' support is fantastic, too. We have been able to save a lot of hours on support tickets, and the app has also generated significant upsell revenue. The most important thing, it improves the customer experience! Highly recommended!

This app is a must have and creates a win/win where customers can easily change their errors and update order details, without the need to contact your customer support. The developers go above and beyond and we had a few initial challenges which they addressed swiftly.

It both reduces costs and most importantly time spent editing shipping addresses for customers, whilst driving revenue through its upsell capabilities. Its seamless and an extension that just does its thing and gets result. A must have for all Shopify stores.

When we launched our new store we were getting hundreds of emails from customers asking us to change their address. it seems that payment methods like Google pay store address info and if the person moved and didn't change it it submits the wrong address. We found Order Editing app and installed it. Immediately our tickets were cut in half because people could easily edit their own orders. We also love that there is an address validator baked right in, and people can also add products to their order too. Probably the best thing about this app are the two founders. We had a tricky situation with various shipping locations, 3rd party logistics etc and they worked to solve all our problems, unlike some apps where the 'help desk' doesn't even understand your issue properly. These guys not only understood it but they completely solved it going as far as jumping on the phone with our of our shipping partners.

This App is great. Our customer service team could not be happier after reducing significantly all the update address tickets and customers love it too, as it makes really easy to update their address, the most important information to ensure they will receive their beloved Oodies. Moreover, Order Editing is helping us increase our cross-selling revenue with its cross-sell email functionality. A MUST app for e-commerce

This app is literally amazing! I can't wait to see how it works for my customers. I tested it out with a sample order and it worked like a charm I couldn't believe it. One of my number one customer service inquiries is to correct address or contact information. This app is great - super helpful to help customers update their addresses post purchase (which happens more and more, thanks to one click checkouts). I would say the app is a little clunky to use but thats just me being super critical.
