a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors. Really love the Order Editing! Customers get the benefit of making adjustments needed in a very convenient and easy way within an hour of placing their order. So many times customers check out using a payment that has an old email address or shipping address but this app lets them make changes without having to reach out to customer service. The opportunity to add product to the order after checking out is awesome too! We love seeing the upsell revenue generated post purchase. And as a CX Manager, I appreciate how quickly we are able to get support when questions arise.
