The free plan is not free, it ended up charging me automatically, without any consent $49 USD, on the premise that you have new customers signing up or purchasing from you. If you're going on the free plan, make sure you have no customers, otherwise they are going to charge you absurd amounts for customers.
If you're going to have automatic payments, you can atleast automatically upgrade me to other plans when you meet the payment threshold for those plans. I would've gotten 20x the value just buying the $49 subscription.

This app works just as you expect it. You can connect rewards with mobile app, POS, and online store which is cool. I had trouble importing customers from another app. They stayed with me and helped me until i was able to figure it out! Would recommend and customer service is always there to help!

Rosie was a great help in getting my loyalty page added to my navigation options. She started out with sending me step by step screen shot and when I encountered an error message she willingly jumped right in and finished the process for me in less than 2 min.

Shopify and it's apps integrations are all new for me. I was able to chat with support and get my program up and running. There was a small bug that needed to be addressed, their support team stayed with me until they fixed it. In the meanwhile, I was able to get all of my questions answered as well as gain a better understanding of the features.

This app works pretty well. However, they recently started charging for features that were free even after I had already set them up. I don't mind paying for a service, but I had already set up these features only to find that they no longer work unless I pay for them. I am looking for an alternative.

Hidden fees when not one customer even used a rewards or referral feature(which is why it was installed in the first place). the Widget is hideously ugly and it shows on every page blocking site space and making your site look cheap. Would be one star but the first point could've been avoided had I payed attention.
