Nothing but good things to say about this app - 10/10! From our initial few calls with Alex, onboarding with Alannah, and making the most of our account with Ana, we've had a perfect experience with this app! Our requirements haven't been the most straightforward but the team have been ridiculously helpful and held our hand every step of the way. Would highly recommend, especially if your current app isn't up to standards as ours wasn't.

It's especially good at syndication and integrates well into our support ecosystem (incl Gorgias, Klaviyo) so that we can engage customers effectively.
