Their product teams continues build out useful features and the support their team provides (shout out Monica) is great.

I am not the most techy so all these new platforms can be daunting. I find the Okendo app mostly user friendly--but any time I get stuck, the customer service team works very hard to fix the issue or help me move things forward. They are quick, easy and fun to work with.

Laura G. reached out to me when she noticed we weren't taking advantage of all of the features of our account and gave me simple, step-by-step instructions to get them set up in a matter of minutes!

Aside from Henry not knowing my correct zodiac sign (he guessed I was a Cancer, but I'm a Leo), he was everything you'd wish for in an Customer Success Specialist! He outlined clear step by step instructions about how to implement the NPS survey. Looking forward to our next steps and completing this task.
