This app is incredible! And the support is amazing and fast and actually super helpful (unlike some other apps)! For us there's been a bit of a learning curve to get loyalty points in place but support has helped so much it's making it easier. It's great to have reviews, loyalty, surveys, and quizzes, all in one place. Definitely would recommend Okendo. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they definitely deliver!

Their Shopify app provides a robust level of detail and is easy-to-use, plus their product suite includes many industry-leading tools that can be used to scale the retention side of a business.
