Our company has used Okendo for years but we recently re-downloaded it onto our new shopify store and the onboarding team (shoutout Karen and Sam) was INCREDIBLY amazing. Helped me walk through all the steps and get things built and sorted for our store just 2 weeks before the start of November - the busiest time of the year. This app is incredible! And the support is amazing and fast and actually super helpful (unlike some other apps)! For us there's been a bit of a learning curve to get loyalty points in place but support has helped so much it's making it easier. It's great to have reviews, loyalty, surveys, and quizzes, all in one place. Definitely would recommend Okendo. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they definitely deliver!
