The best review platform for Shopify without question. What sets Okendo apart, other than the mega amounts of functinality and personalisation even on the lowestplan, is its support. The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. I'm happy with my move to Okendo. If you're frustrated with Yotpo and its customer support like I was, you'll find life much better after migrating to Okendo.
