I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. They're quick to respond and almost immediately solve my questions/problems. They're always willing to go above and beyond for you.You need a good vendor like this to get your business up & running!

The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. I had the pleasure of working with Laura who has analyzed our store and provided recommendations to optimize our performance.

I'm happy with my move to Okendo. If you're frustrated with Yotpo and its customer support like I was, you'll find life much better after migrating to Okendo. Shoutout to Juan for answering my questions and solving my problems. Okendo is not one of those companies that outsources customer support to the cheapest option at the expense of its customers. Paulo from Okendo was fantastic - he gave a fast response and answered our query with great customer service. We had a query regarding the use of coupons as review rewards. When I tried the test review, we received 5 emails after reviewing each product. Paulo confirmed that orders are produced per order, not per product reviewed. We're very excited to launch our business with Okendo as our trusted review partner and are very impressed with their integration with Google Shopping, which I can't find offered with many other Shopify integrations on the app store. We feel this will be a great asset to our marketing campaigns and look forward to receiving customer feedback through reviews on our own website!

Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid. Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.
