Okendo looks great and covers all the bases. Beautiful review widgets, loyalty program, referral program, quizzes and surveys. It's convenient to have everything in one place and the customer service has been excellent.

Very robust system and great experience with their support team when questions have surfaced. They are quick to respond and extremely helpful which can be rare these days.

This is my first experience with Okendo, though I've worked with various loyalty and review platforms over the years. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the platform and especially impressed by the support team. Great app! I've tried all the big review apps and Okendo is my absolute favourite. The layout and design on the storefront looks great, and the configuration is so clear and easy to use. I would love to be able to filter which orders to send reviews to, and maybe have the custom domain accessible on the Growth plan, but other than that, its an awesome app with great value. Customer support is also excellent.
