WARNING this app is a scam, they will charge big lots of money, even when you set it to use the test credits. They will continue to charge you, without any notice and you will see a big bill in you shopify billing (More than USD200). Alex then will just tell you a lots of lies on the support and will just block you. I have escalated this to Shopify support. Update 05/09/24: They has just post a reply to my post, IS A COMPLETE LIE, they has not sent any DM to me, nor mail or anything, and I contacted they and they don´t want to help or solve the issue, this guys are a real danger, dont´t ever let them has acces to you credit card.

The problem with me is not the app itself. It's bad customer service. I tried cancelling my subscription with this app because it's too expensive for me. When I reached out to support, they lied and told me to uninstall it to cancel it. That's what I did and they kept charging me. As a result, my jewelry shop is frozen.

I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. I will never recommend this company. Aside from the general low quality of their videos, they offer a 'Free Trial' that they will then charge your shopify account for a full year $200+ subscription. Based on the way Shopify is set up, there is minimal support and the team of Vlad & Jordan at Minta will absolutely refuse to issue a refund. This has been such a disgusting experience that I am willing to shut down my shopify store and take my business elsewhere.

I had recently downloaded Minta app and I believed I chose a monthly plan. Once the free trial had ended, Minta had tried to charge me for the year plan. I got in contact with their support team asking them to remove the recurring charge for the year and that I am only willing to pay for the monthly plan. They had come back to me saying that they still had to charge my card for the yearly fee but were willing to refund $2xx and keep the remaining for the monthly plan. I told Minta in the end that I was going to uninstall their app and to stop trying to charge me. But they said that Shopify are the ones I need to contact to stop the recurring charges and when I spoke to Shopify, they said that the app developer is responsible for it. I'm confused.

5 STARS. I had a small issue at 1st. Avrham set up a video meeting to discuss my issue and resolved it immediately. I love using the service. It gets my store alot of views. I would suggest it for anyone struggling with sales.

Great app for those who want to save time editing product promo videos, or those who don't have experience in editing. Personally, I would like to have more options of customisation of specific elements (that's just my own need for control), but I understand that the goal of the app is to work quickly within the set up colour scheme. When I encountered problems with my subscription, Avraham was a big help in solving the issue.

Make sure to uninstall this app if you aren't using it. I installed this app in November 2023 and haven't opened it since. I noticed that I suddenly started getting costly "usage" charges on my monthly bills in June/July 2024 despite having not opened the app or used it once. Reached out to support and they said they were unable to refund, but also couldn't specify what I was being charged for. *Edit: after getting forwarded to a supervisor the charges were reversed. Sounds like there was a bug that's since been fixed.

Having a hard time changing the text on the creatives on my tablet. But, other than that, so far I like it! But, I will have a update once I run it for a week and see if I see a change in sales on my site.
