I signed up for a free trial, selected the monthly option, but was charged for an entire year. They refuse to refund me, insisting that I chose the yearly plan, which I would never have done. The app is advertised as an AI marketing tool, but it doesn’t deliver on that promise. It simply takes your current inventory and inserts it into templates with poor graphics and generic music. Half the time, the text is unreadable due to color choices, and I often have to edit the posts to make them presentable. There’s really no point in using this app since you end up spending time editing and reposting content anyway. What’s worse, I sell clothes, but the app kept posting ads for jewelry, which is completely irrelevant to my business. Overall, this app isn’t worth the time or money, and it could actually harm your social media presence unless you constantly delete and repost edited versions of their content.

Finally had to UNINSTALL the app. They have a big problem with CROPPING and although they gave me another chance to get it going, THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX THE CROPPING ISSUE. What do i mean by cropping? The app will chop off the top, bottom or side of your product image in a very unflattering way and...you can't edit or fix this. It looks like it has potential, but for now, they need to RETRAIN THEIR AI model to be able to discern the pixel dimensions of an image and act accordingly...not crop it randomly.

I have used this company for one month and have not been satisfied with its videos. They do not have an option for telling the customer where to go to shop. I decided to cancel the "Trial period" there is no where on the site to cancel. You have to talk with someone that never cancels your account. I recommend that you use caution when dealing with this company.

100% CRAP! The customer service, although there, is inept and appear to be executive assistants from 3rd world countries hired to read a script and respond to chats. I wish I could upload a few screen shots of the CRAP this app puts out. It was posting CRAP to my social media and I was not even aware that it had already started posting! Again, the customer service is brain dead and ...CRAP!

i bought this app paid for 1year i wish i wouldn’t have it is limited on what you can do with this app the videos do not work properly there is limited text and you have to resize your images to get them to fit correctly the only thing that works is the auto post that works very well but you are limited to what you can achieve does not allow for longer video duration and limits amount of text i would not recommend this app unless they allow for more freedom with your edits but if you don’t need that much text and don’t mind your images being cropped it’s very good with auto post

Also the application is no longer available as a download on my webpage to use, even if I wanted to try it again (which I do not). It also took me 3 tries over the course of a month for someone to finally respond to my concerns. I started on August 1st and last night customer service finally told me I agreed to pay the annual membership and would not refund my money. That is not the case. I would not willingly agree to pay for something that does not work properly.
