The onboarding team is supportive, quick to act, ensuring campaigns are going live faster. I enjoyed their speed, promptness and delivery promise. Overall, the product and teams are agile, receptive to feedback, fast to implement changes with a fast support system in place. So far enjoyed working with them!

Mercuri has a user-friendly interface, reliable support and seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog and start selling products on WhatsApp. Many of the main-stream WhatsApp service providers do not provide requisite support, that was one of the main reasons for us to switch to Mercuri.
