Cyrus was able to help me multiple time, reconnecting with our chat even when I was disconnected. Technical difficulties getting my Shopify and Mailchimp re-integrated, but Lori, had great customer service and was a huge help in getting the problem solved.

It has been lying dormant for too long and I have been guided to how to archive what is not needed, so that I should remain within the Free Legacy system. Switched from automated emails using Shopify Flow, to Mailchimp. I wasn't seeing that the first automated flow was producing anything with Mailchimp and reached out to support to see if I had set it up correctly. David was my rep and he helped check everything over to confirm that I had indeed set things up correctly and he informed me of what to look out for when it came to which add-to-carts were going to go through the flow and not. David was very friendly and helpful and the chat functionality is very convenient.
