Loox rocks! I've used other Review apps. Judge.me was somewhat adequate, but very limiting. Tried another more expensive app, that just didn't pan out for us. Landed on Loox and I have to say, that it is very solid. It LOOX better than the other review apps, and it's garnering more reviews for our store too. Love it!!!

Loox is excellent in every way. So happy we made the switch. Customers engage really well with the automated email. Currently about 25% of customers are leaving reviews. The ability to add video is also so good. A very happy customer here. It's also really useful to help mitigate any issues with unhappy customers by highlighting issues that you can act on to help the customer further.

We have been using Loox for 6 months now and we are very happy with it. Their team are always quick to respond. I just had a question about filtering who gets review requests. I was helped by Rain, she said she would see if their team could make that happen. She also showed me an alternate way to set it up that worked for what we needed.

Wunderbare App. Einfach zu nutzen, viele Funktionen wofür viele andere hohe Kosten verlangen würden. Ich kann jedem Onlineshop diese App empfehlen!

Outrageous extra charges by number of orders without providing any value and awful customer service. I ended up paying 500 USD/month unexpectedly for a review widget. You can get the same functionality for 15/USD month.
