The app functionality is great, easy to use, and looks good. Just watch out for the usage charges. Make sure you understand them. I was charged $400+/mo in addition to the subscription fees based on usage and I got maybe 250 new reviews out of it across all our products.

I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta. Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.
