Die App tut was es soll, alles funktioniert und wenn mal ein sonder Wunsch besteht, wird dieser im Support gelöst. Einzig und alleine die nervigen auflobenden Werbungen sind sehr störend. Daher in ein Stern weniger.

Mi experiencia con la aplicacion ha sido la mejor, ya habia probado otras y son muy dificil de instalar y configurar todo, pero Judge ha sido muy facil todo, solo a lo ultimo tuve un pequeño problema de configuracion con las reseñas de uno de mis productos en tienda y Felix un colaborador me atendio y me ayudo con todo el mismo me resolvio el problema y modifico algunas cosas para mejora de mi tienda les doy 5/5 ESTRELLAS

Even though we are using a very outdated Vintage Shopify template Felix (yes, a real person that as exceptionally knowledgeable) was able to fix our issue immediately and had the App up and running in seconds. Could not highly recommend Judge.me more!

My experience with Judge.me and today esp with Andrew has been more than exceptional in terms of customer care and support. When I started, with navigating my reviews and how to or where to place them, Andrew went over and beyond with helping me each step of the way, with immense patience. He worked alongside me and created a dedicated reviews page for my store, and customized it to my stores' branding palette. It feels unified knowing that his suggestion keeps my product pages and home pages clear and uncluttered, because reviews have a special home on my store. The level of care and patience to work alongside me and go through each query in a methodical fashion is excellent and I love this app, and very grateful to Andrew for giving me clarity today. My store feels more Put together today.

I had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. I tried to import my existing reviews from another app, but many of them were rejected without clear explanation. I don’t understand why there were so many errors when those reviews had already been published and approved in the previous app. When I contacted support, they sent me a long technical file full of errors that I was expected to fix on my own. As someone who isn’t very tech-savvy, this was extremely confusing and frustrating. Also, many of the features you’d expect to be included—like showing your reviews on Google—actually require a paid plan. So the “forever free” claim feels a bit misleading. Overall, the app was much more complicated and limited than I expected.

Great tool, practical. Review page needs improvment as we had to build our own instead, but everything else works great.
